1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "User", "Player" or "you") and 77cd (hereinafter referred to as "77cd", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the online gaming services, website, mobile applications and all related functionality offered under the 77cd brand at https://77cd.cam and any associated domains or sub-domains.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, placing a bet, making a deposit or otherwise using any service provided by 77cd, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account or use the platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal registered user account created by a Player on the 77cd platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, comprising real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds separately tracked.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins or equivalent incentive value credited to a Player's Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required before a Player may withdraw funds or access certain platform features.
• "Platform" means the 77cd website located at https://77cd.cam, its mobile-optimised version and any native application provided by 77cd.
• "Services" means all online gaming products available on the Platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, table games, esports betting and instant games.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager bonus funds before they become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which the use of the Platform or any of the Services is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning assigned to it in Section 10 of these Terms.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on 77cd, a User must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction or the laws of your country of residence, whichever is greater.
2. You must be acting in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party, corporate entity or syndicate.
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Restricted Jurisdiction.
4. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
5. You must not be self-excluded from 77cd or any other gambling operator with whom 77cd shares exclusion data, for the duration of any active self-exclusion period.
6. You must not be listed on any responsible gambling self-exclusion register applicable to the operator's licensing jurisdiction.

77cd reserves the right to require documentary proof of age, identity and residence at any time and to suspend or close any Account pending satisfactory completion of such verification.

4 Registration & KYC Verification

Each User is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the 77cd Platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different details — constitutes Prohibited Conduct and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonus funds therein.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and for notifying 77cd promptly of any changes.

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and at any time at 77cd's discretion, you may be required to complete KYC verification by submitting one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (e.g., Pakistani CNIC, National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis, or valid passport).
• Proof of residential address (e.g., a utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence dated within the last three months).
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a redacted bank statement, screenshot of a mobile wallet transaction).
• Any additional documentation that 77cd may reasonably request to satisfy its compliance obligations.

5 Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. 77cd will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 77cd support immediately via Live Chat or email. You should change your password at once and enable any available additional security features on your Account.

77cd reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account in the following circumstances, among others:

• Where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or other unlawful conduct.
• Where the User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• Where KYC verification has not been completed within a reasonable period after a formal request.
• Where the Account has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months (dormant account procedures will apply).
• Where required by applicable law, court order, regulatory instruction or responsible gambling obligations.

In circumstances where an Account is closed due to the User's breach of these Terms, any bonus funds credited to the Account shall be forfeited. Real-money funds remaining in the Account may be returned to the User following satisfactory completion of KYC and fraud review, at 77cd's discretion and subject to applicable legal requirements.

6 Deposits & Payments

All deposits must be made from a payment method held in the name of the registered Account holder. 77cd does not accept deposits from third parties. Deposits made from third-party payment methods may be refunded to the originating source and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

The availability of specific deposit channels — including but not limited to mobile wallet services (such as Easypaisa and JazzCash, referenced here as familiar payment methods for Pakistani users), real-time bank transfers via the Raast infrastructure, IBFT transfers from banks such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, debit cards and cryptocurrency — is subject to the cashier options active at the time of deposit. 77cd does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment method at any given time.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are specified in the cashier and may vary by payment method. All amounts on 77cd are displayed and processed in the Account's base currency. Where PKR accounts are available, amounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are set by the payment processor and may include a conversion margin.

77cd does not charge deposit fees directly. However, your payment provider may apply transaction fees independent of 77cd's operations. You are responsible for verifying any fees charged by your payment provider before initiating a deposit.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

1. KYC verification must be completed satisfactorily before any withdrawal is processed.
2. All active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds in your Account must be completed or the bonus must be forfeited before the associated funds become withdrawable.
3. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method held in the Account holder's own name. Where possible, withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit.
4. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per method and are specified in the cashier.
5. Processing times vary by method and are subject to internal review procedures. 77cd does not guarantee processing within any specific timeframe.

77cd reserves the right to carry out additional security and fraud checks before processing any withdrawal request. During such a review, the withdrawal amount may be temporarily held. Where a withdrawal is declined following a review, 77cd will notify the User of the reason where permitted by applicable law and compliance obligations.

Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed to the wallet address provided by the User. 77cd accepts no liability for funds sent to an incorrect address provided by the User. Crypto transactions are irreversible once broadcast to the blockchain.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by 77cd are subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to each individual promotion. Those specific terms — including wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit, maximum bet per wager during the wagering period, eligible games, time limits and maximum withdrawal from bonus — are published alongside the relevant promotion and must be read before opting in.

General conditions applicable to all 77cd bonuses include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Users only. They are non-transferable, non-negotiable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per User, per household and per device.
• 77cd reserves the right to vary, cancel or withdraw any promotion at its reasonable discretion, with prior notice where practicable.
• Bonus funds are tracked separately from real-money funds. Real-money funds are wagered first unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise.
• Bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited if wagering requirements are not completed within the specified time window.
• Maximum bet restrictions during a wagering period must be observed. Bets placed in excess of the stated maximum during active wagering may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.
• If 77cd has reasonable grounds to believe that a User is exploiting bonus offers — including but not limited to participating in matched betting, arbitrage or any coordinated bonus-abuse activity — 77cd reserves the right to void the bonus, recover bonus winnings and close the Account.

9 Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games and betting markets available on the 77cd Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to that game or market, as displayed within the game interface or market description. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and the specific game or market rules, the specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game or market.

Results of all games and sports betting markets are final once confirmed by the relevant system or data feed. 77cd will not reverse settled results solely on the basis that a User believes the outcome to be incorrect. Disputes regarding game results should be raised within 30 days of the relevant settlement via the formal complaints procedure.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, system error or any other disruption affecting gameplay or bet placement:

• Bets not confirmed as accepted in the system prior to the fault will be voided and the stake returned.
• Bets confirmed as accepted prior to the fault will stand, regardless of subsequent disconnection, unless the fault materially affected the integrity of the game outcome as determined by 77cd's review.
• 77cd's decision on disputed game results arising from technical faults is final, subject to the formal complaints process.

Return to Player (RTP) percentages displayed on game information pages are theoretical figures based on certification data and represent long-run statistical averages. They do not represent expected returns for any individual session or wagering amount.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77cd Platform. Users found to have engaged in Prohibited Conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, any associated winnings voided and be reported to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different identity details.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent identity, age or contact information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform in any manner that constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other non-human mechanism to access, play or place bets on the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, glitches or misconfigured odds for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are subject to reversal.
• Collusion with other players, manipulation of game outcomes or any form of match-fixing in relation to sports betting markets.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage or coordinated bonus-exploitation schemes in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of promotional terms.
• Using another person's payment method, identity or Account credentials without that person's lawful authorisation.
• Harassing, threatening, abusing or using offensive language towards 77cd staff, support agents or other players.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction by means of a VPN, proxy or any other circumvention tool.

11 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the 77cd Platform, including but not limited to the website design, graphics, software, source code, databases, written content, trademarks, logos and game content licensed for use on the Platform, are owned by or licensed to 77cd. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership right, licence or other interest in such intellectual property beyond the limited, revocable right to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform for any commercial or non-personal purpose without the prior written consent of 77cd. Scraping, crawling or systematic extraction of Platform data is strictly prohibited.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77cd, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption or any other intangible loss, arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform or the Services.

77cd does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. Maintenance, updates, technical faults and circumstances beyond 77cd's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability.

The information provided on the 77cd Platform — including game descriptions, educational betting content, payment method guides and illustrative examples — is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal or gambling advice. 77cd makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or fitness for purpose of such information.

13 Responsible Gambling

77cd is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing users with the tools and information to manage their play effectively. The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Users via the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum amount you can deposit per day, week or month. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose over a defined period. Once the limit is reached, further play is restricted until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play duration. An alert will appear when the limit is reached.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying session duration and net gaming activity.
• Cool-Off Period: A temporary break from the Platform, typically ranging from 24 hours to 30 days, during which you cannot deposit or place bets.

14 Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, use, storage and processing of your personal data by 77cd is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept our Privacy Policy.

77cd collects personal data only to the extent necessary to operate your Account, process transactions, fulfil KYC obligations and comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Your data is not sold to third parties. You have rights with respect to your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including rights of access, rectification and erasure, subject to applicable legal constraints.

15 Amendments to These Terms

77cd reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, 77cd will notify registered Users via email to the address on file and/or by means of a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated accordingly.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform before the amendments take effect.

Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause, or updates required to comply with changes in applicable law — may be made without prior notice and will take effect immediately upon publication.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its gambling licence. The specific licensing jurisdiction is disclosed in the operator's licence documentation, which is available upon written request to the support team.

Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to 77cd's internal complaints procedure. The formal complaints process is initiated by sending a written complaint to the support email address. 77cd aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within one (1) business day and to provide a full response within five (5) business days.

If a dispute is not resolved through the internal complaints procedure, it may be referred to the applicable dispute resolution body or regulatory authority in the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Details of the applicable body are available upon request.
